Their focus is on providing a seamless and comfortable experience by offering trusted guidance, clear resources, and advocacy throughout the entire transaction process. Their website emphasizes how they tailor their marketing strategies for sellers, and assist buyers in finding homes that suit their needs and budget.

The Objective.

Develop a refreshed brand identity for Jefferson Street Properties to better reflect their personalized, client-first approach. The rebrand included updated visual design, messaging, and marketing materials that convey trust, expertise, and community connection. The creative direction aimed to position the brand as approachable yet professional, aligning with their mission to guide clients seamlessly through every stage of buying or selling a home.

My Role.

I was the lead brand designer on this client project, responsible for the brand curation and visual identity development. I collaborated with a web designer and a creative team of writers and photographers at Averson Creative, a boutique branding agency in Spokane, Washington.
