The Objective.
Establish a culture of recognition across Delta where appreciation is rooted in the company’s core values and service mindset. Inspire Delta employees to see recognition as an integral part of their everyday experience through a unified, on-brand program. Elevate the Delta recognition brand by creating materials—posters, badges, cards, videos, and platform guides—that foster connection, pride, and alignment with Delta’s commitment to people and purpose.
My Role.
I was the lead designer, responsible for the brand curation and creative deliverables. I collaborated with a larger team including Senior Designers, Creative Strategists, Creative Directors, Senior Copy Writers, and Freelance Animators.
