The Client.

As a people-first company, Chick-fil-A, and their franchise operators are dedicated to creating a positive workplace at the corporate headquarters and in Chick-fil-A restaurants. Founder S. Truett Cathy often encouraged the idea that they are not just in the food business, they are in the people business. They have a strong focus on giving back both on the local franchise level and on the corporate level. 

The Objective.

Craft presentation materials consistent with the Chick-fil-A brand to showcase the vendor’s expertise in recognition branding, program tools, and custom communications for their 175K team members. The creative solution should be human-focused and create excitement around the recognition offerings, serving a large offline employee population.

My Role.

I was the sole designer on this client project, responsible for the brand curation and all creative deliverables. I collaborated with a small team including a Project Strategist, Creative Director, and Senior Copy Writer.
